Measure the complete bottle
The cap, atomizer, label and any unusually wide shoulders all affect the fit. Send the full bottle dimensions or a sample and note whether the bottle must sit upright or at an angle.
Design the removal moment
A close-fitting insert can protect the glass but still be awkward to use. Decide where fingers can grip the bottle and whether the insert should stay visible after removal. This choice shapes the cavity and lining before surface decoration begins.
Separate visual choices from confirmed specifications
Lacquer, wood grain, hardware and printing can change the character of a gift box. Bring reference images and artwork to the brief, but confirm feasibility, quantity and lead time only after the structure and finish have been sampled.
