Start with the watch, not the box
Share the case diameter, thickness, strap or bracelet type and total weight. A watch with a wide bracelet may need a different cushion from one with a soft leather strap. If you have a physical sample, it often resolves fit questions faster than a drawing alone.
Decide what the customer sees first
A single-watch gift case, a retail display and a collector’s storage box ask for different interiors. Specify how many watches the box holds, whether a window is needed, and whether the product should remain visible when the lid is open.
Confirm the production variables
Send your logo artwork, preferred materials, finish references, target quantity and deadline. Exact dimensions, minimum order and timing should be confirmed against the approved structure and sample, not borrowed from an unrelated catalogue item.
